kudos to USPS

We've been working on getting our return system for shoes dialed in. The resole part of the business is a well oiled machine that James has fined tuned from years of practice. On the other end are the ins and outs of shipping the shoes. We have become increasingly amazed by how helpful and friendly the USPS folks are and how supportive and curious they are about Cascade Cobbler. We now much prefer returning rock shoe resoles by USPS because of their easy online label printing options, the fact that they pick up from your mail box, and the quick service. To boot, if you are mailing shoes to us and can't find the right sized box, you can ask them for a free priority mail shoe box! At least here in the Valley, they seem to be doing things right.
